Accessibility: Parts of the garden are set on very steep banks and are not fully accessible. Access for wheelchairs is limited and a strong companion is needed. The garden is not suitable for powered vehicle users. With a stout helper the upper tier of the garden, including the rose garden and water garden, can be accessed. However, there are several steps to negotiate. A map showing recommended routes for those with limited mobility is available at the garden entrance. Wheelchair users may unload at the garden entrance to avoid the gravel drive, but no wheelchairs are available at the garden.

Transport: By road:
From Stratford-upon-Avon – look out for brown tourist signs Take the B4632 towards Broadway and Cheltenham. After 6 miles you reach Mickleton. At the second mini roundabout, at the end of the village, turn left and climb a steep hill. At the T- junction at the top, turn left and the entrance to Kiftsgate is 1/4 mile on your left.
Chipping Campden Take the B4081 signposted to Mickleton. 1/4 mile out of Campden, turn right towards Mickleton and 200 yards later turn right again following the brown Tourist signs for Hidcote NT( another garden worth visiting). After 1 mile, turn left at crossroads and continue for 1 mile. The entrance to Kiftsgate is on the left.
